The KICK Group faces up to its corporate and social responsibility. After all, it is only through participation in social life and the involvement of our employees that we can ensure the further development of our company and thus its success. We strive to make our actions sustainable by orienting ourselves and our work according to economic, social and ecological aspects.

Just one example of our ecological efforts is our own power generation by means of a photovoltaic system at our main site in Willich, with which we cover far more than our own annual power requirements.

The purpose of the KICK Group is to create a bond between different companies and to develop more strength from the community. This alliance then also provides more impetus for the social commitment of the group of companies.

This applies, for example, to the cooperation with the Rupert-Neudeck comprehensive school from the neighboring town of Tönisvorst. Here we support, among other things, the school project of social commitment and intercultural learning, in which the young people are actively involved in a wide variety of social projects and not only pick up important impulses for life, but also credit points for their Abitur. The highlight is the cooperation between the comprehensive school and an institution in Ghana, which is regularly visited by small groups of students from Tönisvorst.

The "JIM" campaign focuses on "youth": Here, young people from neighboring sports clubs are given additional support in choosing a career and in vocational training. This has often succeeded in opening up career prospects for the young people in their own companies and in companies associated with the partnership.

In addition, the KICK Group is also involved in sports, for example as the main sponsor of the local major sports club SC St. Tönis. However, the cooperation goes far beyond simple bank transfers. Together with other partners from our environment and that of the sports club, as well as with local schools, we organize our own training fair to show young people from our region the exciting prospects in our companies.

In addition, the KICK Group is a premium sponsor of the Oberliga soccer team of KFC Uerdingen as well as a partner of the traditional ice hockey club KEV Krefelder Pinguine and many other clubs from the region.
