The expansion course of the KICK Group, and in particular of the mechanical engineering division, is now bearing further, extraordinarily gratifying fruit: for as early as April, an additional KICK engineering team will be starting up in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo.

This is an additional location that brings several advantages. Betim Shabani (picture), the managing director of the office, is at the same time a university professor at the Department of Construction and Design at the University of Pristina and in this function not only brings in top know-how, but also has access to hopeful talents who enter the professional world at the KICK Group.

He is also already familiar with the KICK Group, having worked as a production manager for a C-technology supplier in Kosovo prior to his doctorate.

The opening of the new location is also advantageous for the office at the headquarters in Willich. Thanks to the "extended drawing table" in Pristina, the team at Siemensring can concentrate more on concept development and layout engineering. It is an intended side effect that the KICK Group reduces its dependence on external service providers such as drawing offices.
