The companies of the KICK Group have recently received beautiful and extraordinary confirmation for the good work of the past weeks and months. They provide proof that the path taken is leading in a good direction.

This is evidenced by an exciting joint project that KSI and Everair are now implementing. Here, for the first time, a long-standing and loyal KSI partner has now also been won for an order of a much larger dimension. "This is proof that good performance and perseverance pay off. I also see the order as confirmation of the good development," Holger Krebs said about the deal. The project includes a huge heat-regenerated adsorption dryer with associated activated carbon adsorber and various filters.

Perseverance has also been demonstrated by C-Technik, which is now supplying a long-standing customer in the spare parts sector with a complete line. This customer from the Sauerland region, market leader in several sectors in the field of steel strips and profiles, is getting a complete overhaul of its slitting line from C-Technik. The plant is being brought up to the state of the art mechanically and hydraulically by C-Technik, while the automation and safety technology were contracted out separately. The production start of the overhauled line is scheduled for spring 2022.

The KAISER crew also recently "bagged" another deal. KAISER is supplying a pastillation plant with belt drying to Central America for a leading international chemical giant. The proven Rollomat system is used; after feeding, the product is first heated to over 600 °C for drying by means of infrared heating bonnets, after which the pastilles are exposed to cold air for cooling.

It is gratifying that the first consultations with the client took place "before Corona" and now, more than one and a half years later, there is another joint project.

In yet another project, KAISER is once again living up to its title #pioneersofpastillation! On the west coast of the USA, the company is currently installing a complete turnkey plant for the production and filling of Melt Pressure Sensitives Adhesives - the first plant of its kind in the entire USA (see article picture)! Among other things, it is equipped with extremely powerful and gentle KAISER hot melt agitators.
